Keeping your tiles sparkling clean is easy! Just give them a quick wipe with a soft, damp cloth to clear away any sticky fingerprints.

Please keep your Imagimags out of the bath and sensory water bins! While our tiles are ultrasonically welded for strength, they are not waterproof. If they are submerged, water can sneak into the casing and cause the internal magnets to rust.

Accidents do happen, of course. If a tile does take an accidental dive, don't worry. Simply stand it upright on a dry towel to drain and dry out completely.

We want you to be entirely thrilled with your Imagimags purchase, which is why we have made our returns and replacement process as straightforward as possible. If a specific tile has a structural manufacturing defect, we will replace just that specific piece at zero extra cost to you, provided you report the damage to our customer care team with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that minor cosmetic dings, dents, or scratches to the outer cardboard box do not qualify for replacements, as the packaging's job is simply to protect the pristine tiles inside.

Alternatively, if you simply change your mind, we offer a 15-day return window from your delivery date for a refund or store credit, though the product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed factory packaging, and all return shipping costs to our warehouse remain the responsibility of the customer.
