Shipping policy

We know that you can't wait to receive your Imagimags!  So, we're committed to getting each order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. 

All of our premium sets are stocked locally and dispatched with care from our Malaysian fulfilment centre in Petaling Jaya. This is how we safely courier from our family to yours:

 

West Malaysia (Peninsula):

Delivery by courier takes 1 to 4 working days to arrive after ordering.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):

Courier timelines span between 5 to 8 working days.

 

Fulfillment Times:

Orders placed before 12pm, on Mondays to Fridays, are packed and handed over to our courier on the same working day. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be couriered on the Monday.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be packed on the next working day, and collected by couriers by the next working day. 

 

Tracking Your Order:

As soon as your Imagimags order is dispatched, a tracking number and link from our local courier partner (SPX or Ninjavan) will be sent to your email. You can use this to follow your Imagimags delivery.
