  • Intended Use: Imagimags magnetic tiles are designed and manufactured as premium, educational toys intended for open-ended play. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children play with the sets in accordance with age-appropriate guidelines provided on our packaging and product descriptions.
  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colours, shapes, and sizes of our magnetic tiles as accurately as possible on our online stores. However, because computer and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be perfectly accurate.
  • Pricing and Availability: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product set or expansion pack without notice.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery commitments, fulfillment windows, and regional shipping rates are governed by our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery timelines, cut-off windows, and terms outlined on our shipping information pages.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Damage Claims

Your purchases are protected by our Returns & Replacements Policy.

  • Change of Mind: You have a strict 15-day window from the date of delivery to request a return for unopened, sealed products.
  • Transit Damage & Defects: In the highly unlikely event that a specific tile arrives structurally defective or broken, it must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a free replacement piece. Minor cosmetic dings or dents to the outer cardboard packaging do not qualify for a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, product designs, and geometric tile layouts, is the exclusive property of Imagimags and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, branding, or web designs without express written permission from us.
